Lion Brand is a division of Shun Cheong Lung Limited, which was established in 1964 with its first production plant in Stoke-Newington, North London. As a manufacturer of traditional Chinese noodles and pastry for the Chinese catering and ready-meal industry, we serve over 400 manufacturers, wholesalers and retail outlets in the United Kingdom, Ireland, Europe, Russia, and even as far as the Middle-East.

Shun Cheong Lung Limited is a market leader in 'chow mein' noodles as well as a growing range of fresh noodles and fresh pastry items. With our traditional knowledge and experience we can assist with new products or variations of existing products to meet customer needs.

Product Quality

Shun Cheong Lung's Lion Brand range are some of the most popular products among the Chinese catering industry. All noodle production is carried out according to traditional methods, yet employ modern facilities, techniques and systems, meeting all current United Kingdom and EC standards for food safety and hygiene.

We recently began the manufacture of 'own label' noodle products for well-known international brand names - made to their exacting quality specifications. With our expertise we have been able to assist them in launching their new noodle product ranges into the UK and European market place.
