It is the policy of Shun Cheong Lung Ltd to produce and sell noodles and other food products safely, in accordance with EU legislation and to satisfy the wishes and requirements of its customers.
Quaility standards and procedures are constantly being reviewed to ensure that they are up to date. In this way we can satisfy the requirements of customers, consumers and relevant national, international and EU legislation on Food Safety and can demonstrate that all reasonable precautions are taken and due diligence is exercised in the manufacture of Shun Cheong Lung Ltd products.
To achieve these objectives the company shall introduce controls based upon the principles of Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points and devise, implement and maintain systems and procedures to conform to the British Retail Consortium Global Food Standard for retail branded food products and its revisions. Shun Cheong Lung Ltd is 'A' grade certified by the British Retail Consortium.

Lion Brand is a division of Shun Cheong Lung Limited, which was established in 1972 with its first production plant in Stoke-Newington, North London.
As a manufacturer of traditional Chinese noodles and pastry for the Chinese catering and ready-meal industry, we serve over 400 manufacturers, wholesalers and retail outlets in the United Kingdom, Ireland, Europe, Africa and the Middle-East.
Shun Cheong Lung Limited is a market leader in authentic Chinese noodles such as 'chow mein' noodles as well as a growing range of fresh noodles and fresh pastry items.
With our traditional knowledge and experience we can assist with new products or variations of existing products to meet customer needs.

Product Quality
Shun Cheong Lung's Lion Brand range are some of the most popular products among the Chinese catering industry. All noodle production is carried out according to traditional methods, yet employs modern facilities, techniques and systems, meeting all current United Kingdom and EC standards for food safety and hygiene.
We recently began the manufacture of 'own label' noodle products for well-known international brand names - made to their exacting quality specifications. With our expertise we have been able to assist them in launching their new noodle product ranges into the UK and European market place.
